THE GREAT WHITE THRONE JUDGMENT

Rev 20:11-15 "And I saw a Great White Throne, and Him that sat on it...And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God ... and the dead were judged ...out of the book of life."

The popular slogan used in churches around the globe is 'GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME. ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOD'. The problem with this slogan is that it implies that God will wink at mankind's sins and defiance of Him. Many Christians today say, 'God is love.' I don't serve a mean god!

Well, God is love ...but there is another side to God that most don't want to talk about.

They have pushed aside a lot of the Bible and made up their own god and religion, one that is more palatable and politically correct to them. The most diabolical thing about this is that many have done this in Jesus Christ's name. This is the greatest deception. Men have thought they could do anything and that God wouldn't see; or if He saw He wouldn't care; or that if He cared He was too passive or weak to do anything about it. Major man made doctrines have been developed by religious institutions and preachers to deceptively teach the passivity of God. The Word of God has been scandalously spun in seminaries and behind pulpits. People have grossly underestimated God and have taken advantage of His love and wonderful grace. The Bible says in Romans 11:22 "Know the goodness and SEVERITY of God."

Men have misjudged the nature of God.

LOOK AT THE PRECEDENTS OF GOD'S SEVERITY

Consider the flood in Noah's day and the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah by fire. Story after story in the Bible graphically shows example after example how God is intolerant to sinners who reject Christ and persist in their sins. But there are preachers who declare the Old Testament is not relevant for New Testament Christian. NOTE: 1 Corinthians 15:3 it calls the Old Testament 'the scriptures'.

Many New Agers follow eastern religions and their belief in reincarnation. Why? They don't want to be accountable to God. They don't believe in THE JUDGMENT DAY, hell or that they are an eternal beings that will live for eternity. They live by their own philosophy and follow doctrines of devils.

THE RATIONALE BEHIND THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE THEORY OF EVOLUTION

The theory of evolution was developed by Darwin and has been accepted by atheists who don't believe in God. Now it is a basic part of the education given in public schools. If man is just an animal then he is not accountable for his behavior and can do anything he wants with impunity. There is no morality. This is the reason that evolutionists ridicule, scoff at and hate the Bible so much. So many believe when you die you just cease to exist like a dog. No wonder God said that man's thoughts were evil constantly. Sinners labor constantly to rationalize and try to intellectually justify their sinful lifestyles. The hard facts are that the theory of evolution is an irrational fantasy made up by some man which stands in open defiance of God and His Word the Bible.

When God created the world it was good: the earth; the animals and man, the object of God's love. But men have spurned God's love by and turned to serving their own flesh and other gods. They have ridiculed God's Son, Jesus Christ; have many have perverted the Word of God.

Rom 14:12 "So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God."

MANY POLITICIANS ACT LIKE THEY ARE GODS AND DEFY CHRIST AND THE BIBLE.

Ps 2:1-2 "Why do the heathen rage , and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed," (Jesus).

SOME NATIONS EVEN OUTLAW THE BIBLE AND PREACHING ABOUT JESUS.

Look at Communist, Islamic nations, and America's public schools.

Ps 9:17 "The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God."

THE BIBLE DESCRIBES THE DEPRAVITY OF MAN

Deut 32:32-33 "For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, grapes of gall, their clusters are bitter: Their wine is the poison of dragons, and the cruel venom of asps."

Isa 57:20-21 "But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt. There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked."

Now the debauchery, hatefulness, and immorality of man is beyond comprehension: stealing, lying, abortion, false religion, hypocrisy, murder, adultery, sodomy, rape, child molestation, drunkenness, drug abuse and violence. God's earth has been defiled by unregenerate men.

EX. 20: 5 GOD IS A JEALOUS GOD.

Mankind has played the harlot by being unfaithful to God.

Consider what God says:

Prov 1:24-31 "I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof: I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the Lord: They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof. Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own ways; but those who hearken to me shall dwell in safety, and shall be quiet from fear of evil."

CONSIDER GOD'S WARNING

Heb 10:30-31 "For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God."

UNGODLY PEOPLE ANNOY GOD

Luke 13:7 "Then he said ... Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?"

MANY PEOPLE IGNORE AND DEFY GOD

Ps 2:3 "God who sits ...in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure."

Rom 2:5 "But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God";

Most people live meaningless lives of vanity. They live only to serve their own flesh. They are a burden to themselves and everyone around them. Whether you believe it or not, the evidence of your transgressions against God is compounding daily at a high interest rate and is building up an irrefutable case that will condemn you for eternity. You must realize this one thing. There will never be a parole from this sentence. There will be no court of appeals. Some talk about praying people out of purgatory. Not once in the Bible is purgatory ever mentioned. That is a man made, unscriptural doctrine giving sinners a false hope. God is merciful, but after you die, you will never have another chance. That's it!

YOUR DAY OF judgment IS COMING

Heb 9:27 "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:"

It doesn't matter if you are a liberal or a conservative. The big questions are have you accepted God's Savior, Jesus Christ; and have you kept God's laws?

Jude 15 "To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him."

Rev 6:17-7:1 "For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?"

YOUR WISDOM WILL NOT STOP YOU FROM DYING

Without Christ, you aren't smart enough to keep from dying and to keep from standing before the GREAT THE WHITE THRONE JUDGMENT.

Ecc. 2:16 "How dieth the wise man, (Even) as the fool."

It is not true we are all children of God and all are going to heaven.

Jn 8:44 Jesus said to the wicked, "Your father is the devil."

Jn 8:23 Jesus said of the ungodly, "Ye are from beneath"

IT IS NOT OVER AT DEATH

Many say they believe in heaven, but not in hell. That is not what the Bible says.

Luke 12:4-5 "And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him."

Isa 66:23-24 "...all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord. And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm (spirit) shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched;"

THE DAY IS COMING WHEN GOD IS GOING TO DEAL WITH YOU

Job 41:10 "None is so fierce that dare stir him (God) up: who then is able to stand before me?"

Rom 2:5 "But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrathand revelation of the righteous judgment of God; Who will render to every man according to his deeds:

Ezek 22:14 "Can thine heart endure, or can thine hands be strong, in the days that I shall deal with thee?"

John said of Jesus, Jn 1:29, "Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world." Jesus was God's sacrificial lamb who died for our sins. But for those who reject Him ...

Rev 6:16-17 "And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the , and from the wrath of the Lamb (Jesus): For the great day of His wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?"

The wrath of the Lamb, Jesus Christ, is hot because men have rejected His great sacrifice for their sins. Some preach, anyone who had the knowledge Jesus had could have died for our sins. That is pure blasphemy. They do not even acknowledge that Jesus is the Son of God.

Heb 10:29 "Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing , and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?"

THE JUDGMENT SEAT OF CHRIST

John 5:27-29 (GOD THE FATHER) "hath given him (JESUS) authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man. Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto THE JUDGMENT SEAT OF CHRIST."

Rom 14:10-12 "We shall ALL stand before the JUDGMENT SEAT OF CHRIST. For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. So then EVERY ONE OF US SHALL GIVE ACCOUNT OF HIMSELF."

JESUS WILL DETERMINE WHERE YOU SPEND ETERNITY.

Rom 2:16 "In the day when GOD SHALL JUDGE the secrets of men BY JESUS CHRIST according to MY GOSPEL (The Bible)."

James 4:12 "There is one lawgiver (Christ), who is able to save AND TO DESTROY:"

John 5:30 Jesus said, "I judge: and my judgment is just"

OFTEN MEN CURSE SAYING, 'GOD DAMN YOU!" WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE DAMNED?

Mark 16:16 "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned."

2 Thess 2:12 "That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness."

Rom 3:8 "Whose damnation is just."

BEING DAMNED IS REFERRING TO ETERNAL PUNISHMENT

Matt 25:46-26:1 "And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal."

Rev 21:8 "But the fearful, and UNBELIEVING, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is THE SECOND DEATH."

Nahum 1:10 "...they shall be devoured as stubble fully dry."

HELL

Jesus gave the story of 'The Rich Man and Lazarus' to warns us about hell. Luke 16:25.

Isa 14:9 "Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee,"

Prov 27:20 "Hell and destruction are never full";

HELL WILL BE FULL OF PHONIES WHO PROFESS TO BE CHRISTIANS

Mt 23:27 Jesus said , "Woe to ye HYPOCRITES"...YOU take care of outside but inside are full of dead men's bones."

Matt 23:26-28 "Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, HYPOCRITES! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are FULL OF HYPOCRISY and iniquity."

Isa 33:12-14 "And the people shall be as the burnings of lime: as thorns cut up shall they be burned in the fire. Hear, ye that are far off...acknowledge my might. The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised THE HYPOCRITES. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?"

Hypocrites can't pull a con job on God.

GOD IS A JUST GOD

John 5:30 Jesus said, "I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me."

Matt 16:27 "He shall reward every man according to his works."

1 John 2:4 "He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him."

Gal 6:7-8 "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting."

John 5:28-29 "Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have DONE GOOD, unto THE RESURRECTION OF LIFE; and they that have DONE EVIL, unto THE RESURRECTION OF DAMNATION."

IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE GOD THE HEAVENLY FATHER WITHOUT JESUS

WITHOUT CHRIST, YOU COULD SLIP INTO HELL AT ANY MOMENT

Ps 7:11 "GOD IS ANGRY WITH THE WICKED EVERY DAY."

Ps 90:11 "Who knoweth the power of God's anger?"

Without Christ and keeping God's commandments, you are a curse to the earth and a stench to God's nostrils. You are an enemy of God. It's just the Grace of God you're not in hell right now.

SALVATION MEANS TO BE SAVED FROM ETERNAL PUNISHMENT, HELL.

John 3:16-18 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should NOT PERISH, but have everlasting life."

Heb 2:3 "How shall we escape , if we NEGLECT so great salvation;"

WITHOUT CHRIST, YOU HAVE NO HOPE TO MAKE HEAVEN. YOUR COUNTDOWN TO THE JUDGMENT DAY HAS ALREADY BEGUN. THE CLOCK IS TICKING DOWN NOW.

Job 38:11 "Hitherto shalt thou come, but no further."

There will be a time sinner, infidel, backslider, when God will stop you abruptly without notice in your tracks.

WITHOUT CHRIST, YOU ARE ALREADY SENTENCED; YOUR PUNISHMENT HAS ALREADY BY DECIDED.

Jn 3:18 "He that believeth not is condemned already."

God said to Lot Gen 19:17 "He said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee...lest thou be consumed."

Matt 25:41 "Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: "

Matt 8:12 "But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth."

WE KNOW ABOUT GOD'S LOVE, BUT...

Ps 90:11 "Who knoweth the power of God's anger."

Jesus will either be your Savior or He will be your judge.

Rom 1:16 "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth;"

Rom 2:16 "In the day when GOD SHALL JUDGE the secrets of men by Jesus Christ ACCORDING TO MY GOSPEL (THE BIBLE)."

Today, God's grace could very well lift off of you and you could slip into eternity to face the living God at any moment. Without Christ, you are walking on thin ice. Hundreds of thousands of people of all ages are dying unexpectedly every day. Infidel, sinner, backslider, hypocrite, you are on borrowed time. Your foot could slide at any moment. Come to Christ for salvation while there is still time!

Heb 2:3 "How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation;"

MY TWO PLANE CRASHES

I have been in two terrible plane crashes. (See the stories at www.lorendavis.com). It is a miracle I am alive. On both occasions when I got in the plane I never had a thought that in just a few moments I would be facing death and eternity. I had a lot of plans for my life. On the days I crashed, death was not on my mind. Some people think they will get right with God at the last minute after they have sown their wild oats and are old and about to die. But in both crashes I never even had time to pray or to get right with God. The crashes happened so suddenly and unexpectedly. People of all ages die.

No one knows for sure when their last moment will be.

IF YOU DIED TODAY, ARE YOU READY TO MEET GOD?

Most people are spending their time building up assets for this life. The truth is, you can't take anything with you.

Matt 6:19-20 Jesus said, "Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:"

God wants us to have a good life now, but this life will soon pass. This life is not the main event. The main event is when you have to face God. ARE YOU READY?

He 9:27 "It's appointed unto man once to die, THEN THE JUDGMENT."

EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE ALL SINNED, THERE IS A WAY OF ESCAPE

1 John 1:7-10 ...the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us."

JESUS IS YOUR ONLY SAVIOR

1 Tim 2:5-6 "For there is one God, and ONE MEDIATOR between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all,"

Jn 3:18 "He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."

Mark 16:15-16 "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned."

Acts 4:12 "...for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved."

John 14:6-7 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

Phil 2:10-11 "That at the name of Jesus EVERY KNEE SHOULD BOW, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

JESUS IS THE DOOR TO HEAVEN

John 10:7-9 Then said Jesus unto them, "All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. I AM THE DOOR: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved,"

John 14:2-4 Jesus said, "In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know."

If you accept Christ as your Savior the gift of His wonderful salvation and turn from your sins, you will know God's love and live in eternally in heaven.

DON'T GAMBLE WITH YOUR ETERNAL SOUL

You may gamble on a lot of things, but you can't afford to gamble with your eternal soul. The stakes are big. They are forever! This very well could be your last chance to be saved. No one knows for sure when his time is up. If you died today, are you ready to face God? Would He say well done thou good and faithful servant...or, will he say, 'Depart from me you worker of iniquity, I know you not.'

Acts 2:21 "Whosoever calleth on the name of the Lord shall be saved."

GET RIGHT WITH GOD WHILE YOU STILL HAVE A CHANCE! NOW IS THE TIME TO PREPARE!

PRAY THIS PRAYER AND YOU WILL FIND SALVATION NOW.

Heavenly Father, I believe Jesus Christ is your Son. I believe He died for my sins and was raised from the dead. I repent of my sins. Forgive me O God. I want to be spiritually be born again. Come into my heart. Be my personal Savior. Give me a hunger for your Word the Bible. Cleanse me from my sins so I can go to heaven. I want to be spiritually born again. Jesus change me! I believe you have heard my prayer. Thank you Jesus!
